A collection of 4 street food units will be available during 2026.

These are located on the Canteen Food Court in the West Orchards Shopping Centre Coventry; between McDonalds and Subway.

​

They are each competitively priced at a rent of £350 + VAT per week including service charge.

Utilities are metered and are charged monthly, subject to an initial £1000 security deposit

Business rates are not included but we expect the units to fall in to small business exemption level.

We provide:

a hygienic white rock kitchen space;

a sink with metered hot and cold water;

3 phase 50amp metered electricity connection;

A 1.4m wide shuttered serving hatch;

Shared seating for up to 50 covers, shared between the 4 units. The units will arrange to clear the tables as required during the day and we provide a evening deep clean and mop of the seating area.
